We want to guarantee a secure experience, whilst ensuring that the information we collect or that you send to us via our website or email used for the purposes set out in this policy.

DATA COLLECTION

  • We may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV. This is done either by your completion of the ‘Submit’ button on our website or via platforms whereby your data is publicly available.
  • We will ensure that personal information collected is for specified, legitimate business purposes and only to the extent necessary to fulfil those purposes.
  • We will only retain personal data for as long as it’s required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with applicable law, for tax purposes, or for Government or regulatory requirements.
  • This information is processed in a secure manner, is held, used and disclosed by us in accordance with applicable laws or in the performance of the provision of our service as a recruitment business, or as advised by you.

CVs

Our site will allow you to both submit your CV generally, with the intention of registering with us for future roles or apply for individual roles. Your CV will be stored in the Amplify database which can only be accessible Amplify Recruitment Ltd staff.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We keep your information in accordance as follows:

Candidate data: 6 years from last contact.

Contractor data: 6 years from last contact.

We only retain client information for as long as is necessary for us to use your information as described above or to comply with our legal obligations. However, please be advised that we may retain some of your information after you cease to use our services, for instance if this is necessary to meet our legal obligations, such as retaining the information for tax and purposes accounting.

When determining the relevant retention periods, we will take into account factors including:

  • our contractual obligations and rights in relation to the information involved;
  • legal obligation(s) under applicable law to retain data for a certain period of time;
  • statute of limitations under applicable law(s);
  • (potential) disputes;
